LEADERSHIP

Guy Mazzola

Founder, President

Guy Mazzola is the President of the AMEC Companies.  He founded AMEC while studying Finance at Fairfield University in 2000.  His vision was to build a multi-faceted company that could not only manage the entire construction process, but could also self-perform the most difficult and riskiest parts of a project. This ability would allow for better schedule and cost controls.  Over 17 years later, his vision is reality.  Mr. Mazzola is committed to improving the company's internal processes and systems while promoting the company's continued growth. He brings a synergetic approach to running the company. This philosophy maximizes the organization's resources and expertise on projects.  His leadership is based on a strong family culture philosophy that places great value on both external and internal relationships. Mr. Mazzola's continued commitment to his company and clients is to ensure the highest standards on safety, ethics and core values.

Today as the Vice President of the AMEC Companies, Michelle leads the Sales, Marketing and Recruiting teams as well as handles the firms' larger legal matters.
